Gwen Stefani is back with her new single, ‘Let Me Reintroduce Myself‘. Here the singer rises back to the top of the industry with a quality which has never left her.
For me, Gwen does not need to reintroduce herself; I have been listening to her since the day she broke onto the scene back in the 90s’. She was my childhood, and her tracks have rung out well into my adult life too. Also, no doubt many others will not have forgotten her?

Either way, Gwen takes it upon herself to tell the world that she is still here and good on her! Her new release is a gem with a feel-good cadence which you will struggle not to enjoy. Also, I relish that Gwen stays true to her original signature sound while also introducing a contemporary direction which remains close to the modern chart.
Vocally, Gwen Stefani glides through the airwaves with vigour just like in her hey-day. So much so, it feels as though I have just woken up in the ’90s once again. Also, her tones grip like a bikers glove, and her catchy melodies drive forward leaving an indent like no other.
As the track progresses, new sounds pop to the top of the mix, and it takes us down a Latin-esque route with an unorthodox arrangement leaping out like a jack in a box. Also, the energy flows from the get-go with the excitement leaking out of the mix like a faulty tap.
Overall, Gwen is still the ‘original’, and she proves that she is still the pop and punk princess!
