YONAKA release potentially their most compelling track to date with ‘Seize The Power’. It is masterful with an unpredictable direction which will leave you frothing from the mouth!
It is a song which gets better with every play, and the band glow with multi-colour. Lead singer, Theresa Jarvis brings leadership, and her wholly unique performance is unforgettable. She is the trail-blazer of modern female-fronted rock groups. So much so, search around in the modern industry, and it will be doubtful that you will return with a track quite as influential as this one.
‘Seize The Power’ is the work of a poetic genius, and Theresa leverages her lyrical prowess, taking a giant leap in the right direction. The Brighton rockers sound will also take you to another realm with the band bringing a fresh rock soundscape to the table. It is stimulating!
Spine-Tingling
The musical arrangement is cleverly-written, and it thrills with a spine-tingling aura which is fearless. The drum rhythm is epic, and it exhilarates with its nail-biting texture. Also, the bass rattles the speakers for all the right reasons leaving an indent and potentially inspiring a new line of future bassists. Additionally, the electric sounds which appear along the way are harrowing.
Overall, YONAKA have set the bar high here. They are a well-rounded group who bring something for just about everybody. Their hooks are catchy with a contemporary feel, but they keep loyal to their edgy routes and smash through with omnipotence. Additionally, the lyrics are relevant, and they hit home with strength.
