Speaking with genuine emotion, Tom Walker drives his track with plenty of poise. He has made the perfect record for recent times. Therefore, it is difficult not to jump onto his wavelength here. Especially, with is nail-biting lyrics and gritty and raw singing technique.

Tom, was the winner of the BRITs ‘British Breakthrough Act’ in 2019 and it is evident to see why. He oozes confidence, and each track he releases cements his name more profoundly into the history books. Also, his ability to resonate well with fans is stimulating.
‘Wait For You’ kicks off with a divine guitar rhythm before a sterling vocal intro from the singer. Instantly he grips with the words ‘I’m just praying you can figure this out, When there’s nothing left, you know I’ll still be around, And if all of this is dragging you under, I’ll remind you of the world and its wonder. I’m just praying we can figure this out”. Sounds pretty accurate for these times.
The relatively short piece offers plenty within its short time. Also, although it stays below 3 minutes in length, it makes everything it needs to and its short, but sweet approach makes us reach for the repeat button quicker than we can say, Jack Robinson.
