With the new single, ‘No Choice,’ Tame Impala transport the listener to a new dimension. From the start, the multi-talented Australian hitmaker fills the room with psychedelic sensations, and his distinctive dreamy indie sound captivates once more!
Kevin Parker is one of the most innovative musicians on the planet today. He continually exceeds expectations, and this new arrival does not disappoint us one bit. The song begins with a backbeat drum rhythm that provides plenty of drum elements, all distinct and unlike anything else heard in the scene.
Vocals Lure Us In
Tame Impala bursts into the foreground, his exquisite vocals luring us in. One of his most intriguing characteristics is his shoegazing approach, which he uses to significant effect. Given the chaos of our circumstances, he speaks about hopelessness in a way that many will find familiar. He considers the possibilities, ponders the future, and concludes that he has no choice but to head to a new place.
Everything about ‘No Choice’ is musically satisfying. It’s not a million miles apart from past releases. However, there are still a lot of new elements that make this a remarkable experience. It’s an elaborate trip that goes even further than past hits in terms of pushing the limits.
