Birdy, ‘Loneliness’ – Single Review

Birdy returns with her pop-folk gem ‘Loneliness‘. From the get-go, Birdy captivates with an enthralling vocal, and she proves why she is one of the brightest sparks to rise out of the genre in recent times.

Kicking off with a peaceful overture, ‘Loneliness‘ grips with a harmonically-rich emotion which is challenging to refuse. Birdy also rises to the top with a vocal which expresses her inner emotion. She sings with her heart on her sleeve, and her tone leaves an indent, and she pushes ahead with her story.

Smash Hits

It is remarkable to discover that Birdy is still just 24 years of age. Especially, when she already has a backlog of smash hit tracks and her style is reminiscent of artists with decades more experience under the hood. Proving that age is irrelevant, the starlet brings a mature approach, and her vision pays off massively.

Atmospheric with a soundscape which is incomparable elsewhere, Birdy drops poignant hooks with dignity. Also, her method is beautiful, and she instantly catapults the listener away from the madness of the modern world. Also, she rises fresher than ever with a sound that will undoubtedly send her to even higher spots worldwide.

Musically, the entire track leaks energy and Birdy demonstrates that she is as hungry as ever to create a treasure. She does just that here, and the track gets better with every listen. As a result, it will be no surprise to hear this one ringing out for quite some time.
