Lewis Capaldi keeps on giving. Let’s face it; he is not only an incredible songwriter but also a banter king. As a result, he has given the music bantering heavyweights a run for their music, especially Noel Gallagher.
Noel Gallagher has for years been giving other musicians stick. But, I bet he did not expect to receive the great comebacks from the ‘Someone You Loved’ singer. The singer is ruthless but yet he does it in a simple way which is refreshing for everyone to see.
Well, now it appears that Lewis will be writing his new music with influence from his feud with Gallagher. I can only imagine what that will sound like, will he write a song which sounds like ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’? Probably not, but it will be interesting to see what comes of it.
For anyone who is not aware of what has been going on, Capaldi retaliated to Noel’s disses for the most of last year. He even walked on stage at Glastonbury, looking like a member of Oasis.
But, Capaldi is not the first artist to make the courageous move that he has. I still remember when Jay-Z walked on stage to Wonderwall. But will Noel Gallagher be bothered? Nah, he loves it. He lives for this, and if anything, it helps his PR campaigns also because everyone keep talking about him.
What Else Do We Know About Capaladis New Material?
Apart from it being about his Noel Gallagher feud, he also said that it will be about his ex-girlfriend Paige Turley. At least he is honest, and we will not have to speculate about it.
Roll on the new music! We cannot wait for this.
