Colby: What Do You Enjoy Most About Being A Musician?
Anna: Making music is my soul, my life energy and who I am. I love interacting with my fellow musicians and the audience and sharing my music.
Colby: Which Track Of Yours Means The Most To You?
Anna: So hard to choose! Right now it’s Black, and New Years’ Song because I really feel we need a new start and a new beginning and the songs are full of energy.
Colby: The First-Ever Gig You Played, Can You Remember It? How Was It?
Anna: I played at a concert hall with Steve Dobrogosz, and it was absolutely magical. I had played gigs throughout my music education but my first real gig was at a jazz festival in Sweden on a beautiful stage at a concert hall. It was so special, I felt that I was in my element and could be exactly who I was meant to be. And it was really fun!
Colby: What Do You Think Is The Key To Success As A Musician?
Anna: A real talent for sure, and hard work. You have to put in the love of music and the hours. Network and relationships are very important as well.
Colby: If You Wasn’t A Musician, What Job Would You Be Doing?
Anna: A coach of some kind, I love coaching and it’s something I do now alongside the music.
