Katy Perry has demoted her fiancé Orlando Bloom in a recent social media post in which she stated she loves watching American Idol with her “boyfriend”.

The post was released on twitter and the ‘Fireworks’ singer said ‘My favorite part of watching #americanidol with my boyfriend is that he always tries to ask if they got in or not before we give the final vote. I never tell him hahahahahahahahahahaha,’ the Fireworks singer wrote.

Since the post was released, fans were quick to correct the ‘Fireworks’ singer and many have just replied with ‘fiancé’.

Another twitter user commented saying ‘does your fiancé know you have a boyfriend?’ .

Moreover, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom announced their engagement on social media in February. According to sources, the British actor proposed to Perry while on a helicopter ride. Katy spoke about the proposal and said “We landed on a rooftop in Los Angeles and my whole family was there, and all my friends. He did so well,”
