Guide
I have just hit play on Fulton Calvery’s new track “Kissable” and I’m completely hooked.
The whole vibe feels like someone took the best parts of modern pop and threw in some serious rock attitude. When that chorus kicks in with “Why you got to be so kissable? Makes me lose all my principles,” I literally got chills.
Production Quality
What really gets me is how the guitar work meshes with his vocals. It’s not trying too hard to be edgy, but there’s this underlying grit that makes everything feel more authentic. The production quality is spot on too. Carter Green really knew what he was doing with the mix because every element sits perfectly without anything getting buried.
We Have All Been There
I’ve been playing this on repeat during my evening drives and it just works. The song captures that feeling when you meet someone and your brain just stops functioning properly. We’ve all been there, right? That moment when all your carefully constructed walls just crumble because someone smiles at you the right way.
Fulton’s backstory makes the music even better. Growing up around live music in Wichita, helping bands load equipment as a kid, winning talent shows in high school. You can hear all those experiences in how comfortable he sounds on this track. He’s not performing the song, he’s living it.
