Ed Sheeran is currently working on a new album. The global pop star’s new album is rumoured to be released in late 2019.

Recent speculation has indicated that the album is going to feature duets with fellow pop sensations Justin Bieber and Beyonce. The report has come from the Sun newspaper. It indicates that the new album is going to feature some of the worlds biggest artists. However it will also showcase duets with “lesser- known hip-hop artists”.

Ed Sheeran did not release any music throughout the entirety of 2018. However, that did not stop him from having one of the most successful years financially as a musician. As a result of his worldwide ‘Divide’ tour which saw him sell over 4.86 million tickets, he took home a massive £342.3 million within just one year.

Furthermore, Ed has not released an album since the 3rd March 2017. Therefore, he will be chomping on the bit to get his new ‘experimental’ album released. This is great news for his fans worldwide. A fan base who have been waiting more than 2 years to hear what Ed Sheeran has been working on in the studio. Also, with fans being told last year that he will not be releasing an album this year, this news will be music to their ears.
