Billie Eilish cannot do any wrong at the moment. She keeps going from strength to strength and her latest release ‘No Time To Die’ is the testimony of her talent.
At just 18-year-old, she is one in a million. Talking about millions, ‘No Time To Die’ has already racked up nearly 100 million Spotify streams. WOW! So how does she do it? Well, exceptional talent and also a brother who knows what it takes to create a smash hit. Furthermore, the new release is the soundtrack for the new James Bond film of the same name.
The track to me is an emotive piece which pulls on the heartstrings. It kicks off with a piano lead with a robust haunting characteristic. It also has Billie’s signature sounding guitar full of tremolo effect with Billie delivering a sublime vocal performance on top. Lyrically, it matches the bond trilogy effortlessly, and I could only imagine how great it sounds on top of the film.
Overall, it is an elegant performance which is dripping with passion. But, to be honest, all of Billie’s songs follow the same trend with each one expressing her emotion transparently. It does follow your typical Bond theme sound, yet she has created something unique to her style, which is very refreshing to hear.
So When Is The New Bond Film set for release?
The new film will be out on the 12th of November 2020. Therefore, we have quite a while to wait just yet. Nevertheless, we do have a sneak glimpse of what it will be about from this track. Also, if the film is anything like the soundtrack, then we are in for a treat.
