Wicked Expectation are an Italian indie-electronic band on the rise! They dropped by for a chat!

Colby: What Do You Enjoy Most About Being A Musician?

Andrea: Surely the live show! We enjoy every part of the composition, production and promotion, but when you’re ready to go live with the new tune it’s an outstanding emotion.

Colby: Which Track Of Yours Means The Most To You?

Andrea: Every single track has some meaning for us, because it was released in different moments of our lives, but the new single “Moving Clockwise” will set a new mark for the band. We just left behind some difficult moments and now we’re ready to release new music and play on stage the new song with a renewed live show!

Colby: The First-Ever Gig You Played, Can You Remember It? How Was It?

Andrea: Oh, yes! It was in Turin, Italy. Our hometown. We were students and we played alternative/indie in a place called Manhattan! Every single Turin based musician started to play there! We had a different set up: Drum, bass, synth, two guitars, sometimes distorted, and a lot of indie bands references like Incubus and first Radiohead.

Colby: What Do You Think Is The Key To Success As A Musician?

Andrea: Have fun and play! Don’t be obsessed with success.

Colby: If You Wasn’t A Musician, What Job Would You Be Doing?

Andrea: We are musicians but we all have daytime jobs, but if everyone who’s reading will share our brand new “Moving Clockwise” surely we will come to your city to play it live!
