The Weeknd is planning to boycott the Grammys in the future, and who can blame him? The awards ceremony have snubbed him entirely with his worldwide smash-hit ‘Blinding Lights‘ grabbing, not a single nomination.
Many wonder how a single can be number one in so many countries but not get one nomination at the prestigious music ceremony. It appears that The Weeknd is also surprised, so much so, he will no longer allow his label to put his music forward for a grammy.
Grammy or not, ‘Blinding Lights‘ is still one of the best tracks of recent times. 2 billion streams is proof!
