Colby: What Do You Enjoy Most About Being A Musician?
Gez: Creating something new where there wasn’t anything before. And when after a period of time this is still a song you enjoy playing and the audience responds to than that’s extra special.
Colby: Which Track Of Yours Means The Most To You?
Gez: I always think the most recent song means the most as you’ve most recently invested in it. And new songs feel like your children that are going out into the world for the first time – you are both fearful and excited in equal measure!
Colby: The First-Ever Gig You Played, Can You Remember It? How Was It?
Gez: I remember doing a very early gig in a dimly lit bar. There was no PA in the end so we had to really belt it out, helped by some very low ceilings which improved the acoustics. The crowd were very supportive of the original songs but by the end we switched to doing some classic covers as they were clearly in the mood for a sing a long.
