Stevie Nicks Reveals The Advice She Gave To Katy Perry
Stevie Nicks is one of our generation’s most beloved singers, so it’s only natural that you should seek counsel from her if you are another famous artist, like Katy did back in 2012.
Furthermore, when they met at the Corinthia Hotel in London in 2012, Stevie gave Perry some valuable life advice. It was around the time when Katy Perry and Taylor Swift were arch-rivals, and Stevie helped smooth the way for both of them!
Stevie has now revealed what she answered that day after Katy Perry asked who her rivals were: ‘I don’t have rivals. No Katy, I don’t, and neither do you. You are Katy Perry, you’re who you are, you do what you do, and you’re great at it. I’m Stevie Nicks, I do what I do, and I’m great at it. We don’t have rivals. That’s just ridiculous.'”
Although Katy and Taylor did not rekindle their friendship until 2019, close sources claim that Stevie’s statements inspired Katy to bury the hatchet.
