Disney has won the rights to a new documentary on music great Sir Elton John.
The new documentary will include exclusive interviews, handwritten writings, and footage of Elton and his family, as well as previously unseen concerts spanning the last 50 years.
R.J. Cutler, who will be putting the documentary together alongside Elton’s husband, David Furnish, said: “What a thrill and an honour it is that David Furnish and I get to create this intimate and unique look at one of the world’s most celebrated artists.”
