Nicki Minaj reportedly turned down an opportunity to appear on Doja Cat’s song “Get Into It (Yuh).”
Nicki argues that if the two had interacted directly with each other, the tale would have been different because so many people were involved, and things didn’t go as planned. As a result, when Minaj requested another song, communication fell short.
Minaj said: “I didn’t love that song because I didn’t think I could bring anything to it. So I asked them to send me something else. I think that was the second song they sent me, I asked them to send me something else, and they didn’t send me anything else.”
