New Lawsuit Emerges Against Marilyn Manson

Marilyn Manson has been accused of sexual and emotional crimes by yet another person. Furthermore, the singer is said to have committed sexual assault, sexual battery, intentional infliction of mental distress, human trafficking, unlawful confinement, and many other things by Ashley Moran Smithline (model).
It all started in 2010 when Marilyn approached the model and told her she was the right lady for him. Before things went wrong, they ultimately engaged in a consenting sexual relationship.
According to Ashley, things soon turned sour with Marilyn allegedly assaulting her and saying “You can’t rape someone you’re in love with.”
