Lana Del Rey is accusing the media, although mainly, Complex mag of taking a recent quote she made about the US riots and twisting it completely.
The singer spoke on Twitter and said: “I don’t appreciate Complex magazine inferring I thought it was right to storm Capitol.”
The initial quote stemmed from an interview with Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1 with Lana saying: “The madness of Trump… As bad as it was, it really needed to happen. We really needed a reflection of our world’s greatest problem, which is not climate change but sociopathy and narcissism.”
