Kanye infamously ran onto the stage at the 2009 VMA’s to interrupt Taylor Swift’s best female video acceptance speech, I am sure you can remember it.
At the time, it just appeared to be a huge PR stunt for Kanye, and it may still be, however, the ‘Stronger’ rapper is claiming that it was ‘God’ who told him to do it.
Speaking about the incident, Kanye said “If God ain’t want me to run on stage and say Beyoncé had the best video, he wouldn’t have sat me in the front row. I would’ve been sitting in the back.”
