Avril Lavigne, who recently joined Travis Barker’s label, was offered the opportunity to collaborate on her new track, ‘All I Wanted’, with fellow Blink 182 member Mark Hoppus.

On Mark’s ‘After School Radio’ show on Apple Music Hits, the ‘Complicated’ singer talked about the experience and said it was an honour to work with him, who she calls one of her favourite artists of all time.

Lavigne said: “I was really excited to work with you. I mean, to be honest, you’re one of my favourite artists. ‘Dude Ranch’ and ‘Enema Of The State’… those were the records I was listening to in high school, and as a teenager and I feel like they were really impactful on me as I was coming into my own musical identity.”
