Ariana Grande has recently shared an important message with her fans. The message is regarding self-care and encourages people to look after their mental health.
The message was delivered in a video released on Ariana’s official Instagram story. The video showed the ‘Thank U, Next’ singer talking directly to the camera whilst sitting in a car in LA.
In the video, Ariana says. “I just wanted to say hi and remind you guys to protect your peace and your energy. Also to not forget to take care of yourselves and protect your space. I just want to make sure that you don’t run yourself to the ground exhaust yourself and remember to protect your energy and do things that are good for you.”
Since the release of the video, many fans have praised her.
One wrote ‘”What a role model. We need more people like her,” while another said “She’s literally the most adorable human being on the earth”.
